Terms of service
Version 2026-10-04. duragit is in beta: data may be purged.
These terms apply to your use of duragit (duragit.com and its git, API and Actions endpoints). By creating an account you accept them, together with the acceptable use policy and the privacy notice.
Beta service
duragit is a beta service. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Repositories, accounts and other data may be deleted ("purged") during the beta, with or without notice. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under your duragit account, including through access tokens you create. Keep your passkeys and tokens safe, and revoke a token as soon as you suspect it leaked.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you push. You give duragit permission to store, copy and serve it as needed to run the service, including to people you share it with and, for public repositories, to anyone. You are responsible for having the right to push it.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. duragit may restrict, suspend or remove accounts, repositories and runs that break it, or that put the service or other people at risk.
Copyright
duragit responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement sent to dmca@duragit.com and terminates the accounts of repeat infringers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, duragit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
When these terms change, the version above changes and you are asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in, before anything else.
